New Tunes & Our Debut at The Redmoor

The first few months of the year are typically a bit less busy for us while we wait for the good weather to come back, so we take that time to regroup a bit, make plans for the year and add a few new tunes. Thanks to those of you who have voted in our new song poll. We've paid attention to your choices, and added some great new tunes. We're not going to spoil the surprise by telling you what they are-you're going to have to come out to see us to find out-but keep the suggestions coming. We're always open to new ideas, especially from our fans.

This Saturday evening, March 7, we'll be playing at The Redmoor for the first time. For those of you who are not familiar with The Redmoor, it's a classic art deco style building, built in the late 1920's originally as a movie theatre. The current owners have done a wonderful job of converting it to a premier "event house" without sacrificing the original look and feel of the era. They offer a wonderful atmosphere for a good time, with excellent food in an elegant setting.

There is ample seating, a very large dance floor and stage, an in-house PA system and lighting and the acoustics are wonderful. We're very anxious to play there, and we hope you'll come out and join us for a fun and unique evening featuring our own Horn-Charged sounds in a new and unique setting. We might even dress up a little to celebrate the occasion. Curt's promised to iron his jeans and starch his tee-shirt for the occasion. It should be pretty special.............

For those of you looking to join us (and we hope you are) The Redmoor is located at Delta & Linwood, right on Mt. Lookout Square. Some parking is available in the middle of the square, but there are two very large parking lots right behind the building as well. Just turn in the drive right next to The Redmoor and go between that building and the building next door. The place was packed last Saturday night, and there were still plenty of spots to be had.

Come on out and check us out at The Redmoor. We'd love to make a good first impression on them, and nothing makes a more favorable impression than bringing in a big crowd. We'll do our part, like we always do-we're counting on YOU!

See you soon!
